The Hire Supply Company (UK) Limited was established in 2001 to supply quality products direct to the Hire Industry providing a quality of service and support that enables our customers to thrive. Hsc has grown to be one of the UK's largest Tool Hire Industry Distributors. 

We supply industrial and commercial equipment sourced from well-known worldwide manufacturers with warranties that provide peace of mind. The process that we use to develop products fit for HIRE means our products are robust, simple to use and easy to maintain. This product criteria suits many other industries; a growing proportion of our business is to non-rental companies.

The Hire Supply Company operates from two locations within the UK providing a next working day delivery from our Nottingham office and a 6 working hours delivery service within the M25 from our London office.

Hsc FireSafe division was launched as a synergy business to provide quick & easy fire extinguisher sales and servicing, which saves our customers time and money instead of using multiple suppliers. Our team of fully FETA & IFEDA trained staff provide a full service and maintenance plan as well as fire and safety risk assessments.

The range of products available allow our customers to reduce the number of suppliers they need to manage, reducing the number of deliveries, invoices, and statements and to free up valuable time.

Where Are We?

Our headquarters are in Attenborough, Nottinghamshire in the United Kingdom, where we have our main administration, sales and engineering teams located. This is our main warehouse and distribution centre. Although we don't have a shop front, local businesses are welcome to collect their orders from us, although we do offer free delivery when orders are over a pre-determined amount!

We also have another large distribution warehouse and team just off the Edgeware Road in London, opened in October 2005. Based in North/West London, well placed inside the M25, we can facilitate better delivery timescales to the central London region. This enables us to offer same day delivery to central London, an area of the UK that has a reputation for quick turnaround business and a high volume of tool hire and construction business.

The Hire Supply Company purchased Midland Power Distribution (UK) Ltd, based in Worcestershire, in 2014, enhancing our portfolio. The HSC team are committed to supply their product portfolio across the UK, but again, local businesses are welcome to collect their orders directly from the warehouse.

Our engineering teams are specialists in all our products. We send our teams to the manufacturers, not third-party trainers, so they learn from the 'horse’s mouth'. This is what makes them the best. We aim to turn around repairs and maintenance in the fastest timescales in the industry and guarantee all our work. Our dedicated and knowledgeable team are always on hand to offer expert help and guidance, with a ‘can-do’ attitude that is really appreciated by our customers.

We have an excellent warehousing team who manage stock incoming and orders outgoing, efficiently and carefully. We check all our products before they leave the warehouse to ensure you receive your goods in a timely manner and minimise the need for returns. They pack and wrap your orders and assist our favoured couriers to load and check your orders so there are no mistakes or errors. This is why we always deliver on time.
